Fees are as follows:
Initial visit: $ 270.
Follow-up appointments are generally: $ 150.
but may range from: $ 85 - 175.
Acupuncture $ 105.
Telephone calls under 5 minutes: $ 0.
Telephone calls over 5 minutes will be treated
and billed as an office visit
The pricing structure is subject to change, and we will try
to inform patients of any changes prior to scheduling
appointments.
Payment is expected in full at the time of the visit. Dr.
David accepts credit cards, checks and cash (at her DC
office) and checks and cash (at her Arlington office) for
office visits and supplements.
At this time, we don't bill insurance. However, we will gladly
provide you with a fee ticket containing insurance billing
codes for you to submit to your provider, for out-of-plan
health care reimbursement.
- First visits are scheduled for
